The Foundation of the State Arboretum is a 501(c)(3) organization that supports Blandy's research and educational goals, enhances Blandy's value as a public institution, and helps maintain the Arboretum's many collections.

There are many ways you can be involved and help us further our mission of supporting research, environmental education, and outreach here at the State Arboretum of Virginia.

• VOLUNTEER! FOSA volunteers help in the gardens, at special events, and through boards and committees. Learn more.
• Thinking of a bench or tree in honor/memory of someone special? With your tax-deductible donation of $1,800, FOSA will purchase a five-foot teak bench/engraved plaque and place the bench at a mutually agreed upon spot at the Arboretum.
