Al Gore's Climate Reality Project – Updates on a Changing World
2:00-4:00 PM | Sunday, April 16th
We know it’s happening, carbon pollution from fossil fuels is warming our planet and throwing natural systems out of balance.
You don’t have to look far to see the results. Hotter temperatures, stronger storms, rising seas, massive and more intense hurricanes, all threatening the health of our families and the future we pass on to generations to come.
But what’s going on and why? And what can we do?
This talk will present current, updated information originally developed by former Vice-President Al Gore in 2006 and highlighted in the film, An Inconvenient Truth. Two Climate Reality Leaders, certified by Mr. Gore, will cover our immediate situation and its urgency.
There will be an update on progress made as well as actions we can take to alleviate the Climate Crisis.
