Virtual Conifer ID & Holiday Party
Sunday, December 13, 2020 at 3 PM EST – 4:30 PM
Celebrate the holidays online with your friendly local environmental organizations!
Just in time to ID your Christmas tree, join Front Royal/Warren County Tree Stewards, the State Arboretum of Virginia, and Sustainability Matters for a free and festive Conifer ID & Holiday Party. Learn to tell the difference between fir, spruce, and pine and follow Assistant Curator Carrie Whitacre on a live VIRTUAL tour of the Arboretum's extensive conifer collection, including mature Cedars of Lebanon, Arizona cypress, and many more.
Wear your ugly holiday sweaters, make yourself some cookies and a mug of cocoa and help us celebrate the end of 2020!
The event is free, but registration through the ticket link is required to participate in the Zoom meeting, and space is limited. Upon registering, you will be emailed the Zoom info. We'll also be live streaming on Facebook.
