Former Blandy researcher Earyn McGee makes Forbe's list of 30 under 30.
In 2015, Earyn McGee was an undergraduate student at Howard University who spent her summer at Blandy studying the effects of pharmaceutical drugs on aquatic insects. Now she is recognized by Forbes Magazine as one of 30 Under 30 for her sudden rise as a dynamic young researcher and science communicator. Earyn earned her M.S. Master of Science degree in Natural Resources with an emphasis in Wildlife Conservation and Management at the University of Arizona and stayed on at Arizona, where she is now studying the impacts of climate change on lizard populations in the southwestern U.S.
