Mindfulness-based practices are well regarded for their potential to support stress reduction, wellness and wellbeing. Join mindfulness instructor Brown Sharp II for one or more training sessions in the mindfulness practices. The sessions can be attended either individually or as a series. Each session will have different emphases and provide guided experience with core mindfulness practices, such as mindfulness meditation techniques, mindfulness of the breath and mindful walking. Sessions will be held outdoors on Blandy’s beautiful grounds. Please dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes. Masks are required, and social distancing will be observed throughout the program.
