2023 GINKGO WATCH- Still green, but heading towards yellow.

The Ginkgo Grove undergoes a magical transformation each Fall as the leaves transition from green to gold. Here's what the Ginkgo Grove looks like today (Tuesday, October 10th).

The ginkgoes are still mostly green, perhaps with a stronger lime green undertone this week compared to last. There are yellow leaves on many of the young saplings and a few mature trees towards the middle of the Grove. But the majority of the trees are still green.

The best time to see golden ginkgoes at Blandy is usually late October - early November, although there is some variation in timing from year to year.
